Many clients told us they needed bigger ice bath facilities for entire teams in club rooms and training gyms, but until now a perfect purpose designed large ice bath system did not exist. The only option was industrial chillers and machinery that are not designed for the purpose, not user friendly and very expensive to purchase and operate.

Now iCool has a perfect solution at a much lower cost that almost any club can afford and its by far the simpliest to install and the friendliest to operate. The iCool solution does everything perfectly. The iCool perfect package is a large and deep ice spa contrast recovery pool and perfect matching all in one automatic chiller/heater system.

First, what you should not use:
Plastic containers, garbage bins and even household spas are totally unsuitable for proper ice bath recovery therapy. They are dangerous to get in and out of, they have no insulation and they are definitely not  user friendly.

Even a large percenatge of home spa baths are unsuitable because they are made from thin  glossy materials that will not withstand the constant punishment from large athletes. The surfaces of most domestic spas can be slippery and dangerous and the shapes are often too complex and too shallow.
The iCool perfect spa is the only one designed specifically for ice bath use.

Safety and strength:
It’s made from the perfect materials for safety and strength. The pool is cast from very dense extra thick polyethylene to withstand years of hard knocks from heavy athletes. The surface is a safe non slippery textured matt finish to assist in preventing athletes from accidentally slipping. The frame is marine grade non corroding aluminium and the attractive surround is durable cedar. Other surround finishes are also available on request. The attractive metal and polymer steps are perfectly designed for safe access and look just great.(optional extra)
 

Size:
It’s the perfect size to offer space for 6-7 athletes at once, but not so big that it needs a huge expensive chiller with corresponding high running and cleaning costs and it does not take forever to chill or heat. For simple installation we designed the Perfect spa to fit through most standard doorways. Dimensions 2m diameter x .900m high
 

Shape:
It’s the perfect shape for ice bath therapy for the real world needs of the average team. There are 4 seats for full body immersion, 3 seats for lower body immersion and 1 seat for legs, gluteal and thigh muscles immersion.
 

Depth:
Unlike everyday shallow spa pools the perfect spa has the perfect depth to allow athletes to fully immerse themselves up to the shoulders and neck comfortably and the deep water provides a desirable increase in static pressure on the thighs, ankles, calf muscles and knees that has been proven to increase the recovery effect.

Package Includes: The iCool HOT spa comes complete with cedar cabinet (insulated with foil and polystyrene) 12 mm ply board fixed to underlay, pump / heater / 5 jets and 50sqm Cartridge. 40mm pvc pipe to connect for easy draining. Spa Cover available as an extra option.
